The Town of Maiden utilizes the Council/Manager form of government. The Mayor and five council members make up the governing body for the Town.
Council meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the Maiden Branch Library located at 11 South A Avenue, just behind the Fire Department.
